Description
When you’re running precision implements on your big Massey, every degree matters. The leveling box is what lets you fine-tune your implement’s working angle and maintain consistent depth – and when it’s worn or damaged, you’ll notice right away. Your implements won’t hold their position, you’ll get uneven depth across the width, and those perfect finishes you used to get become a thing of the past.
What You’re Getting
- Complete leveling box assembly that restores precision control to your three-point hitch
- Proper adjustment range for your 6400 and 7600/7700 series tractors’ sophisticated hydraulic systems
- Direct replacement that works with existing lift arms and stabilizers
- Quality construction that handles the stresses of heavy implement operation
- Compatible pins available separately – bottom pin (part 64939) and assembly pin (part 64938)
Built for Professional Operations
Your 6400 and 7600/7700 series tractors aren’t just powerful – they’re sophisticated machines designed for precision work. Whether you’re running a heavy cultivator, finish mower, or complex planting equipment, these tractors have the hydraulic capacity and control systems to handle the biggest implements with finesse. The leveling box assembly is what translates that hydraulic power into precise implement positioning.
Made to Handle the Load
Big tractors mean big implements, and big implements create serious stress on three-point components. This assembly is built to handle those loads day after day, with proper materials and construction that won’t flex or wear under pressure. Quality bearings and bushings ensure smooth operation even when you’re making constant adjustments during long days in the field.
Installation Notes
When replacing the leveling box, it’s a good time to inspect the whole three-point system. Check those lift arms for wear, and don’t forget the stabilizers – a new leveling box can’t compensate for sloppy linkage elsewhere. Clean everything thoroughly and apply grease where specified. If you’re replacing pins too, now’s the time to do them all at once rather than taking the system apart again later.
