Description
When you’re running a draper header through tough conditions, the side belts are what keep the crop flowing smoothly to the center auger. A worn or damaged side belt can slow down harvest and create uneven feeding that’ll make your separator work harder than it needs to. This replacement belt gets your John Deere draper header back to moving crop the way it should.
What You’re Getting
- Heavy-duty construction that handles the constant flexing and crop load of harvest season
- Precise 180-inch length and 39.93-inch width for proper fit and crop flow
- Direct replacement design that installs without modifications or adjustments
- Durable materials that resist wear from abrasive crops like soybeans and wheat
- Works on both left and right side positions for complete belt replacement
Built for Real Farm Work
This belt is designed for John Deere 635FD and 640FD draper headers – the 35-foot platform uses four of these belts while the 40-foot uses two on the outer sections. These are the workhorses that handle everything from short soybeans to tall corn, moving tons of crop hour after hour during those long harvest days.
Made to Last
Raptor builds these belts to handle the punishment of modern harvest conditions. The reinforced construction resists stretching and cracking, while the surface holds up to rocks, dirt, and the occasional piece of metal that finds its way into the crop.
Good to Know
This belt fits headers with serial numbers 785000 and higher – if your header is older than that, you’ll need the 301-D35348 version instead. When replacing side belts, it’s smart to check the condition of your drive pulleys and tensioners at the same time to get the most life out of your new belts.
