Installation Notes

Replacing king pins requires proper tools and technique – you’ll need to support the front axle and remove the wheel hub assembly to get to them. While you’re in there, check that king pin bearing too since worn pins usually mean worn bearings. Clean everything thoroughly, use new seals, and follow proper torque specs to prevent premature wear. After installation, get your front end alignment checked since new king pins can change your settings.
