Description
When you’re setting up your sprayer system or building a liquid transfer setup, you need fittings that work together smoothly. This Banjo reducer bushing solves the common problem of connecting different pipe sizes—stepping down from 1-1/2 inch male threads to 3/4 inch female threads without leaks or hassle. It’s one of those simple parts that makes the difference between a job done right and one that gives you headaches down the road.
What You’re Getting
- Reliable poly construction that won’t corrode or rust like metal fittings
- Perfect thread match—male threads on the outside, female threads on the inside for a secure connection
- Chemical-resistant material that handles fertilizers, pesticides, and other farm chemicals without breaking down
- Precision molded threads that seal tight without over-tightening
Built for Real Farm Work
This reducer bushing is right at home in sprayer plumbing, liquid fertilizer systems, and any place you need to step down from larger to smaller pipe sizes. Whether you’re plumbing a field sprayer, setting up a nurse tank transfer system, or building custom liquid handling equipment, it gives you the flexibility to mix and match different fitting sizes in your setup.
Made to Last
Banjo builds their poly fittings to handle the chemicals and conditions that come with farm work. The polypropylene material resists cracking from temperature swings and won’t deteriorate when exposed to most agricultural chemicals. It’s lighter than metal fittings but just as reliable where you need it.
Installation Notes
Thread the male end into your 1-1/2 inch female fitting first, then thread your 3/4 inch male fitting into the female end. Use pipe thread compound or Teflon tape on the threads for the best seal. Hand-tight plus a quarter turn with a wrench is usually plenty—poly fittings don’t need to be cranked down like steel.
