Good to Know
Installing this element is straightforward – the attached end seals and included F-gasket make it a complete replacement package. Change this filter with every oil change, typically every 200-250 hours or per your operator’s manual. Apply a thin coat of clean oil to the gasket before installation, then hand-tighten three-quarters turn after the gasket contacts the mounting surface. Make sure your housing is clean before installing the new element to prevent contaminating fresh oil.
