Description
When you’re dealing with chemical application on the farm, the last thing you want is spray material dripping from your nozzles after you’ve shut off. That’s where this little brass check valve comes in handy. It’s designed to prevent drip-back and keep chemicals from settling in your lines where they can cause clogs or uneven spray patterns when you start up again.
What You’re Getting
- 7 PSI opening pressure that prevents drip-back without restricting normal flow
- Solid brass construction that stands up to chemicals and field conditions
- 1/4″ female NPT connection that threads right into most spray fittings
- Diaphragm design that provides reliable shut-off season after season
Built for Real Farm Work
This check valve is a perfect fit for boom sprayers, spot sprayers, and other agricultural spray equipment where you need to control drip-back. Whether you’re applying herbicide in the spring, fungicide during growing season, or running liquid fertilizer, it helps keep your spray pattern consistent and prevents waste from dripping nozzles.
Made to Last
TeeJet builds these valves with quality brass that won’t corrode or wear out after a few seasons of chemical exposure. The diaphragm stays flexible and maintains its seal even when dealing with temperature changes and the vibration that comes with field work.
Good to Know
Installation is straightforward—just thread it into your spray line using standard pipe thread compound or tape. The 7 PSI opening pressure means it won’t interfere with normal spraying operations but kicks in as soon as you shut off to stop drip-back. If you’re running lower pressure applications, you might want the 5 PSI version instead.
