Description
When your conveyor systems, hay equipment, or implement drives start making noise or showing play in the shaft, it’s usually time for new bearings. This 3/4 inch insert bearing is built to handle the constant motion and loads that come with farm work, whether you’re running a grain elevator, baler pickup, or feed mixer.
What You’re Getting
- Greasable design lets you maintain it properly instead of throwing it away when it gets dry
- Wide inner ring spreads the load better and handles heavier radial forces than standard bearings
- Lock collar design clamps securely to the shaft without damaging it like set screws can
- Spherical outer race adjusts for slight shaft misalignment that’s common in farm equipment
- Timken quality construction that’s proven in agricultural applications
Built for Real Farm Work
This bearing fits into pillow block housings, flange units, and other mounted bearing assemblies on equipment where you need reliable rotation. You’ll find 3/4 inch shafts on smaller conveyors, feed augers, hay equipment drives, and implement mechanisms where steady operation matters more than high speed.
Made to Last
Farm environments are tough on bearings with all the dust, moisture, and temperature swings. The greasable design means you can pump fresh grease into it to flush out contaminants and keep the races lubricated. The wide inner ring design distributes loads better than narrow rings, which helps prevent premature wear under the varying loads typical in agricultural applications.
Installation Notes
The lock collar tightens down with Allen head screws to clamp onto your shaft without the shaft damage that set screws can cause. Make sure to grease it before installation and check that your housing has a grease fitting if you want to maintain it properly. A light coating of anti-seize on the shaft makes future removal easier.
