Description
If you’ve noticed oil in your air filter housing or your tractor’s breathing heavier than it should, you might be dealing with a worn-out oil air separator. This little filter plays a big role in keeping your crankcase ventilation system working right, preventing oil mist from contaminating your air intake and keeping your engine running clean. When it’s not doing its job, you’ll see oil where it shouldn’t be and performance problems you don’t need.
What You’re Getting
- Precisely threaded M24 x 1.5 connection that fits exactly like the original
- 8 5/16 inch length with 3 27/32 inch diameter for proper airflow capacity
- High-efficiency media that separates oil from crankcase vapors before they reach your air system
- Robust construction designed to handle the heat and pressure of crankcase ventilation
Built for Real Farm Work
This oil air separator is designed for Deutz and Case tractors that use the M24 threading system. These are typically mid to larger frame tractors that see heavy field duty—plowing, cultivating, harvesting, and other demanding work where proper crankcase ventilation is critical for engine longevity. Whether you’re running a Deutz DX series or Case models with similar systems, this filter keeps your engine breathing properly.
Made to Last
Farm tractors generate a lot of crankcase pressure, especially when working hard in hot conditions. This separator uses filter media that maintains its efficiency even when handling the oil mist and vapors that come with heavy engine loads. The threaded housing is built to seal properly and handle the constant heating and cooling cycles of field work.
Installation Notes
This spins on just like an oil filter—remove the old one and thread on the new until the gasket contacts the mounting surface, then turn another 3/4 turn. Check that your crankcase ventilation lines are clear while you’re at it, since a plugged system can cause problems even with a new separator.
