Description
When you’re putting in long days during planting season or pushing through harvest, the last thing you want is engine trouble that could’ve been prevented with a good oil filter. When you’re putting in long days in the field, your engine oil gets worked hard—picking up dirt, metal particles, and combustion byproducts that can turn premium oil into engine-damaging sludge. This Baldwin oil filter does the heavy lifting to keep your oil clean and your engine protected.
What You’re Getting
- Anti-drainback valve that keeps oil in the filter when the engine’s off, so you get instant pressure on startup
- Quality filter media that captures contaminants while maintaining proper oil flow to critical engine components
- Compact 4 15/32 inch length design that fits into tight engine compartments without clearance issues
- Standard 3/4-16 thread size makes installation straightforward with no adapters or modifications needed
- Built-in bypass protection ensures oil keeps flowing even if the filter gets plugged with debris
Built for Real Farm Work
Baldwin builds this filter to handle the temperature swings, vibration, and pressure changes that come with heavy equipment operation. The robust construction and quality filter media capture contaminants while maintaining proper oil flow, protecting your engine’s bearings, pistons, and other critical components from premature wear. Whether you’re running a tractor for fieldwork or operating construction equipment, this filter handles the dust, heat, and constant vibration that comes with demanding agricultural and industrial applications.
Made to Last
Baldwin has been making filters for farm equipment since tractors had steel wheels, and they know what it takes to keep an engine running in tough conditions. The sturdy construction stands up to pressure fluctuations and harsh operating conditions while the reliable gasket ensures a leak-free seal that won’t let you down when you need your equipment most.
Installation Notes
This is a direct spin-on replacement that installs in minutes. Before threading on the new filter, wipe a thin coat of clean oil on the gasket, then hand-tighten only 3/4 turn after the gasket contacts the mounting surface. Over-tightening just makes the next change harder and can damage the seal. Change this filter with every oil change according to your equipment’s maintenance schedule to keep your engine protected.
