Description
When your Deutz starts acting up—hard to start, losing power on hills, or that frustrating habit of stalling just when you need power most—chances are your fuel lift pump is calling it quits. This mechanical pump draws fuel from your tank and delivers it to the injection pump at the right pressure, and when it starts failing, you’ll feel it in everything from cold morning starts to pulling heavy loads up steep ground.
What You’re Getting
- Mechanical diaphragm design that runs off your engine—no electrical connections to worry about
- Consistent fuel flow and pressure across all RPM ranges, from idle to full throttle
- Durable construction that handles the constant cycling these pumps go through
- Direct replacement that bolts right in where your old pump came off
- Quality seals and gaskets that prevent fuel leaks and air infiltration
Built for Real Farm Work
This pump serves an impressive lineup of Deutz tractors, from the compact Agroplus models perfect for loader work and smaller operations, all the way up to the big Agrotron 260 that handles serious acreage. Whether you’re feeding cattle with an Agroplus 75, planting with an Agrotron 150, or running a large square baler behind a 230, consistent fuel delivery keeps you working when time matters most.
Made to Last
Farm equipment runs in tough conditions, and lift pumps take their share of abuse from engine vibration, temperature swings, and fuel contamination. This pump uses proven diaphragm technology that’s been keeping diesels running for decades. The internal components resist fuel additives and maintain their seal from cold winter starts through hot summer operation.
Installation Notes
This is a direct replacement—no adapters or modifications needed. Before installing, clean the mounting surface and mark your fuel lines so you don’t get inlet and outlet mixed up. Use new gaskets and don’t over-tighten the bolts. Prime the system after installation to get all the air out, and check for leaks once it’s running. If your old pump failed early, take a look at your fuel filters—a restricted filter makes any pump work harder.
